Mark Hinderliter

President of The AbeL Group, which helps clients develop their leaders and managers through assessment, training and coaching. Mark has worked with clients in manufacturing, retail, sales, IT, health care and the utility industries. Mark has trained hundreds of managers in the United States, Canada and China.  Mark is the creator of the Diamond Leadership Model and Diamond Leadership Assessment and Development System©.

Mark is the host of Lessons in Leadership, a weekly radio show interviewing high-level leaders in business, government, education and the community about effective leadership and management practicesMark and his wife Sandy have done extensive work in the community helping men and women re-enter the community from the prison system.

Larry Briggs

President and founder of Briggs Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in helping business leaders initiate growth and manage change. In the 17 years of his practice, he has personally coached and trained hundreds of people, including CEOs, management teams and executive groups.
As a specialist in discovering what works in business, Larry has developed a leadership change methodology he has labeled Vision to Action.

Larry specializes in improving organizational and individual performance, with a focus on developing leaders and leadership skills.  He is a skilled meeting facilitator, powerful listener and professional coach.

Bud Cummings

Principal and Senior Consultant for Professional Development Associates, which facilitates growth for people and organizations. With more than 30 years’ experience, he specializes in uncovering hidden problems by asking questions, actively listening
and employing a wide range of assessment techniques and tools. 

His focus is upon leadership development, executive coaching, 360 feedback, communication and human interaction skills, skill-acquisition based training, and finding powerful and cost effective, best value programs that organizations and individuals can implement.

Bud is also founder of Helping Hands, a men’s organization that provides fix-up and repair help to the elderly, the handicapped and to single moms.

Janyne J. Peek, Ph.D.

President of integ2 inc, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm delivering “learning solutions that last.” With 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational change and adult learning, Janyne designs and facilitates events to bring measurable results, for clients in technology services, manufacturing, financial services, non-profit and education.

Her seminar, "Can Organizations Develop if Individuals Don't?” has been featured at national and regional industry conferences. She holds a Ph.D. with research in the area of adult learning and transformational leadership. Her international consulting and coaching includes work in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Janyne serves on the board of "Congo Initiative,” a not-for-profit collaboration between leaders in the newly-formed Democratic Republic of Congo and the United States whose initial focus is in launching a bilingual university in war-torn Congo.
