Organizational Transformation

Working with the CEO and planning team over a 10-month timeframe, Executive Management Systems developed a plan for organizational transformation. This plan embraced not only the core business strategy but also strategic talent management (talent selection, leadership development and executive coaching). This plan was implemented over a two and a half year timeframe.

The strategic talent management included the benchmarking of: five key positions, sixteen staff, 12 potential hires, with twenty-eight job/talent comparisons. Three strategic management hires were made. Nine key leaders participated in an eight-session executive coaching program over a four-month period. Fifty-three key field leaders participated in the leadership development program.
